Jérémy Monnet

Partner
Holder of a Master's degree in Finance, Jérémy spent his first 10 years in consulting at EY. Between Paris, Africa and Hong Kong he acquired a solid experience in assisting finance functions on cash-flow issues, FP&A and performance improvement issues. He joined Sébastien at Financepeers in 2018, who associated him to the MyCFO project. He developed a strong expertise in fast-growing companies and SMEs. His taste for the workfield leads him to take action operationnally in the construction of business plans, the implementation of cash and P&L reporting, the search for fundings and, more generally, in the structuring of finance functions.

Sébastien Favre

Partner
After 10 years of rich and varied experience in consulting at Ernst & Young and within the financial management of Novartis, Sébastien founded Financepeers in 2016, then MyCFO in 2021. Entrepreneur and chartered accountant, Sébastien and his team assist start-ups and SMEs in structuring their finance function, as well as large companies in the context of complex accounting projects or changes in organization and tools. His strength lies in his ability to take action and quickly stabilize an accounting and financial organization.

Pierre Chantier

Partner
Pierre is a partner of MyCFO. He holds a degree in chartered accountancy and a Master's degree in banking and finance with specialisation in asset management. He spent more than 12 years working within a Big 4, an international audit and accounting firm. During his career, he assisted and advised financial and accounting functions of large groups and SMEs, but also company executives in creation or development phase. Meeting with clients, learning the diversity of their contexts and backgrounds are aspects that he particularly enjoys.
